Which jar does my dog need?

Go by what you're seeing. Bad breath, brown buildup on the teeth, or tender gums points to DE-01 Dental. Scratching, paw licking, dull coat, or loose stools points to SG-01 Skin & Gut. If she has both going on, each problem has its own jar, and "Can she take both?" below covers giving them together.

Will my dog actually eat it?

Both jars are powders that taste like food, not medicine. DE-01 is flavored with beef bone broth, beef liver, and organic pumpkin, and most dogs lick the bowl. SG-01 leads with beef liver. If yours is a hard case, mix half a serving well into a meal she already likes and work up from there.

I've tried probiotics. Why is this different?

A probiotic is live bacteria, so it has to survive the jar, then the stomach, then get to work before it makes anything. Both our jars start with what those bacteria make, already made, so none of that has to go right first. That isn't us replacing probiotics, it's us starting further down the line. SG-01 still carries a live strain of its own, right alongside.

How long until I see something?

Different jars, different clocks. With DE-01, breath usually moves first, inside the first week or two. Teeth take longer, with visible change around weeks 4 to 6 and the full picture at 90 days. SG-01 is slower, because skin takes weeks, not days, and coat and digestion often settle before the itching does.

What if it doesn't work for her?

Then you get your money back. Both jars carry 30 days, and one email to support does it.

Can she take both?

They're different formulas doing different jobs, and we haven't published guidance on giving them together. So we'd rather you ask than guess. Write to support with her weight and anything else she's taking, and if she's on medication, loop your vet in too.

Is this instead of the vet?

No. Both jars are daily support, and neither one replaces your vet. If your vet has already found dental disease, loose teeth, or a mouth that hurts, that is a treatment conversation to have with them, and DE-01 is not a substitute for a professional cleaning. Where DE-01 belongs is prevention, the daily upkeep of a healthy mouth between checkups.
